How many registrations am I allowed to take?
If you are using the Lite (free) plan, you can take a maximum of 50 registrations. For all other plans, there is no limit on the number of registrations you can take.

Where does all the registration information go?
All the registration information is securely saved on our servers and is accessible to you via the “Registrations” tab once you log into the website.

What happens when a person registers for my event?
When a person tries registering your event, we run a check to make sure that the person is entering all the details correctly as needed by the event (number of team members, etc).
After this is done, the registrants are sent an email with their registration number and a text message notifying them that their registration was successful.

Do you consume credits for sending a registration confirmation text message?
No. All confirmation text messages (SMS) sent out to registrations are not subtracted from the SMS notification credits.

My registrants are not receiving their confirmation emails. What can I do?
First, you should ask them to check their SPAM / JUNK folders. If they do not find the emails there, please contact us using the contact us page with as much details as possible.
Please mention the name and email address of the registrant and what events they tried registering for.

My registrants are not receiving their confirmation text messages. What can I do?
Currently, text messages are sent only to cell phones in India. Sometimes, the messages get delayed due to congestion in the network. If your registrants have entered a valid cell phone number and are still not getting a confirmation message after a couple of hours, please contact us using the contact us page with as much details as possible. Please mention the name and phone number of the registrants along with the events they tried registering for.

How can I export the registration information from your website?
You can export the registration information in two forms:
- As a customisable, printable report.
For this, click on the “Registrations” tab and then on the button which says “Print Report”
- As a downloadable comma separated value file (which can be opened in Excel)
For this, click on the “Registrations” tab and then click on the “Download as CSV” button.

I also take offline registrations. How can I merge both the online and offline registrations?
We are currently working on an offline application which you can use to merge this information. However, till that is done, fill out this pre formatted excel sheet with the data and email it to us. We will take care of the rest.

Do I get some statistics (number of registrants by sub event, page views, etc.) ?
Yes. We currently show the following statistics:
- Registrations per sub event.
- Page views per sub event.
- Total pageviews for the entire event.
These statistics are available from the “Sub Events” section by clicking on the “Sub Events” tab.
